Ready to join NCOS? Complete our secure online membership form and select the membership that best fits you. Your one-year membership begins when you join and will automatically renew one year later.

Automatic Renewal

NCOS memberships are set up for automatic annual renewal so you can stay connected without having to remember to renew.

You’ll receive an email 30 days before your membership renews as a reminder.

If you prefer not to renew automatically, simply uncheck the automatic renewal option on the membership form before completing your registration.

Current NCOS memberships are valid through October 2026.

You do not need to renew in the new system before then. Beginning in October 2026, current members will receive information about renewing through the new membership system.

Once you renew, your membership will be set up for automatic annual renewal, with a reminder email sent 30 days before each renewal date.
